Hello All! I would like to take the time out to say Thank God for this day and Thank God for sending his only son Jesus Christ who rose from the dead with all power! Glory to God!

People may wonder what’s the meaning of Easter. Easter is not about dressing up in so called easter colors for church, easter bags, etc. This day is about Jesus Christ and Him being resurrected from the dead.

Let me tell you why God is so good.

Before I was born-again, I lived a life of partying every weekend, drinking alcohol, a little fornication while being single but yet still saying that I’m a Christian. Backwards and kind of hypocritical right?

That’s how I was taught to think. I attended a church that spoke on prosperity, theology of the Bible, pay your tithes and God will bless you. I believed that deeply. This is when my life started to get out of control. In 2010, I got into some trouble in Miami, I stole $10000 from a promoter and I got caught. I had to either give it to him $10K or I will be arrested and sent to prison for 4 years. I was beat up, assaulted, insulted, basically almost lost my life. Knowing that I did not have it so I had to call my older brother to transfer the money to me to give to him. By the grace of God, i was able to give him what I owed him and it was a done deal. Months after wards, I was still doing what I wanted to do; partying and drinking and fornicating. Nothing godly in me but yet still saying I am Christian. 

In September of 2011, my sister in law came over to speak to me and my twin. She told me the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how much He loved us. She said God loved us but He cannot do anything for you or answer your prayers until you confess that you are a sinner and let Jesus Christ into your heart and put faith & trust only in Him. I was so drawn by the love and I seen the joy and happiness in her and I wanted that so badly. Even when she was telling me this, before I thought I could make it into Heaven even though I’ve done some bad things.

But God doesn’t look at it that way. If I lie, gossip, or lust, I’m just as guilty as a murderer. Sin is sin.

I recognized and I was convicted of my sins and I said within myself, “If I died today, do I know where I’m going” and to be brutally honest, I wasn’t sure and that was a problem. Sin is what separate us from God. We cannot say we are a child of God if we are living in sin. I was saying I was a good person but that’s not good enough for God. I’m a sinner and I’m guilty. If a person doesn’t feel any type of conviction then they are a slave to sin. If we love things of the world, then we are of the world and a slave to sin. But there is still hope that the Lord will open their eyes. Satan has bondage on a lot of people because people don’t know the true gospel.

Galatians 5:19-21 says this: The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality(sex before marriage), impurity and debauchery; idolatry (worshiping or idolizing celebrities/people) and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. 

If the Bible is the Word of God and the Word of God is True and Everything of God is Good & True but also Righteous & Judging (God can only judge us) then there is no way we can twist that up.

Everyone has broken the law of God and we must face judgement & God’s wrath for it. For example, think about going to court for a law that we broke and we have to be sentenced to life. If we say “Judge, I’m a good person. I know broke the law but it was a mistake and I’ll never do it again.” The judge says, “Well you maybe a good person but that doesn’t justify the reason you’re here. You have to be punished because broke the law. Judgement is judgement.” But check this out. Since you feel there is no way to get out of this, all of a sudden a guy rescues you from that sentence because you’ve pleaded and cried out and confessed and the Judge legally dismiss your case. That’s Jesus Christ :) He is the savior from that judgement. He is the Savior from eternal damnation because He paid the penalty for the law we broke. He rose with all power so that we may have ever-lasting life. Isn’t that amazing?! God will never bring up any of your wrongdoings because you have confessed that you are a sinner and you let Him into your heart. You will have ever-lasting life! When will it be time for you to give God your all?

I still struggle. I still make mistakes but I don’t like doing it. That’s the difference. It’s a daily process. I’m learning to crucify my flesh and live according to what He wrote. I thought I would be missing out on fun but there is NOTHING like being saved and having my sins forgiven and leaving that life alone!

I thank God for Romans 8:1: There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

We said the sinner’s prayer together and since then I have been striving to leave my old life dead and strive to live a new life in Christ. Only by believing and having faith in Jesus Christ that suffered and died for your sins will you inherit the Kingdom of God. If you accept Jesus Christ into your heart and turn away from your sins, God will give you a new mind, a new heart and a new life in Him. Don’t leave this Earth without Christ.

It is not by our talents, our own thinking, our good works that saves us by faith & belief in the Savior.

Every decision I make has to be centered around God because I can’t do it on my own. He’s not saying to be perfect but at least strive to be.

Jesus Christ is the source to everything we need from God.

I look at my testimony as a second chance because God knew that I was going to convert over to be a witness to others.

Some believe they can fly, but I believe I can die, resurrect, leave the Earth, and live forever with God!

I speak the Gospel because I love God and I love you and I want to see you all in Heaven praising the Lord for what he has done! No one loves you more than He does
